The development of SWISSUbase is constantly moving on. We will present a first protoype in summer and release a first version of SWISSUbase by the end of 2020. Additionally, the information material is ready and the general principles of the business model are defined. This means, we are ready to outreach to potential new partners for 2021 and we will try not to let Corona slow us down. In 2021, SWISSUbase will be operational in an early version with the advantage that new partners can already use SWISSUbase for their own purposes and will be fully involved in the further development of the tool.
The Universities of Lausanne and Zurich will stay onboard for the next phase and the Data and Service Centre for the Humanities DaSCH will join. Furthermore, we plan to contact other universities and universities of applied sciences in the coming months.
